Colossians
3:17; Galatians 1:15-16
Knowing
your purpose will undoubtedly give you some confidence but it’s more than that.
Like with the Apostle Paul, God has revealed his Son to us so that we can
demonstrate/reflect/model his attributes to the world. The ramifications of
knowing your purpose extend far beyond your wellbeing but to the entire world.
Jesus embodied to the fullest each list of spiritual gifts, every single one!
Now the world has us, the collective representation of His body to carry on His
work. You don’t have to be everything to everyone, but you can be something
significant to someone.
The
last couple of days you learned more about your purpose and identity. You’ve
likely identified areas of complacency and fear. Now it’s time to walk in your
new identity. This will be terrifying and awesome, but fight through the
awkward and do something different. At the end of each week there will be some
sort of application for you, so be prepared to apply the things you are
learning.
Your
mission is to share your 3 minute testimony with someone. It’s easy. You might
want to share with someone that already knows you or a family member first.

Thank
God for the purpose and identity that you have in Christ. Confess and surrender
the wrong thinking and wrong motives you’ve had in the past. Choose, instead,
to surrender to God’s leading and be bold to walk in your true calling.
