This is an incredible video seminar from Platt's Secret Church series that teaches us how to go past reading scripture, to learn how to actually study and understand it in it's historical and literary context. Men's Breakfast Next Saturday, May 4th!
Calling all men! Join us for a very special Men's Breakfast and service opportunities next Saturday, May 4th starting at 7:30 AM. God is calling men and using their obedient hearts to bring about His purposes in the world - caring for widows, orphans, single mothers, the fatherless, and those that desperately need to see the love of Christ. Come to the Men's Breakfast next Saturday ready to serve as we put actions to our words to serve some needs in our church as well as our community.
Middle School Mission Trip Informational Meeting Next Sunday, May 5th!
Attention Middle Schoolers and Parents! Is your student interested in going on the Middle School Mission trip to West Virginia this summer, July 22-27th? If so, or if you would just like some more information, join us next Sunday, May 5th for an informational meeting after 2nd Worship in the Student Center. This trip fills up fast so if you are interested, we would love to see you there!
Training for Pastors and Church Leaders - Thursday, May 9th!
The Transylvania Baptist Association is hosting a Regional Training Event Thursday, May 9th from 6:30 - 9 PM at Pisgah Forest Baptist Church. The Executive Leader for Evangelism of the BSCNC will be leading the training event. This event aims to equip Pastors, church leaders, and ministry volunteers to reach our community with the love and truth of Jesus Christ. RSVP by calling 828-877-3203 or emailing tba@tbanc.org.

Graduation Sunday is Coming Soon!
Graduation Sunday will be here before you know it! Parents of high school grads: please submit 6 or 7 large photos of your high school graduate growing up for our presentation! Please drop off your pictures to the office or email them to Siobhan at siobhan@brevardcommunity.org no later than Wednesday, May 15th!
Supplies Still Needed for VBS!
Thanks to all who have been donating supplies! More are still needed though, and you can find those taped to the column in the Welcome Center. In addition to that, listed below are some things we'd like to borrow, and some everyday items that we need your help collecting. Bring them by the Welcome Center any day the office is open! If you are letting us borrow tarps, tents, lights, etc., make sure you label them with your name and number so we can get them back to you!
